Spring time is upon us. We just wrapped up an amazing game room at A&G Ohio! Looking toward the near future, we find ourselves lucky enough to have a jam packed schedule and on our way to Boston, MA! Destination Anime Boston! We are bringing along our friends with the Bemani Invasion!
Nexus Gaming Alliance has been going through a lot of change recently and looking out for the future. Currently we are about to start a major new project, that has HUGE prizes for gamers! Looking to expand our inventory as well as adding a lot more visually appealing elements to our game rooms. Very exciting times!

We are happy to announce the 10th annual Music And Gaming Festival, or, as we’re affectionately calling it, MAGFest X. Will be bringing back Nexus Gaming Alliance!
This year’s MAGFest will be taking place January 5-8, 2012 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland.
We will be working at the event with ACTIVISION to bring you Guitar Hero: WoR, DJ HERO 2, and Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012 tournaments. Big prizes are included in these tournaments and another great year is guaranteed!

On December 16-18, 2011 there is a wonderful event taking place near the gates of Universal Studios. No this is not just another anime convention. It is Holiday Matsuri! This convention has huge tie in’s with Toy’s For Tot’s and many Charities. Nexus Gaming was asked to be a part of this event and we could not say no. We will be working with the Holiday Matsuri crew in the upcoming weeks to bring in our Sponsors as well as some special events to support these Charities, the way only Nexus Gaming Alliance can!

As of today we are officially scheduled to be at Anime Nebraskon in Omaha! The Nexus Crew from Ohio and St. Louis will be coming out to event equipped with a DDR Machine. What mix? That’s a good question. I guess you will just have to wait and see.
This will mark the 13th state in which we have had the privilege of providing our gaming experience! We are very grateful and look forward to what the future holds.

For those who did not know, Nexus Gaming Alliance went on a 3 week tour from Indy to St. Louis to Merrilleville/Chicago! What a time it was, with so many stories to add to the travel logs. There was a packed room-non-stop at Gen Con Indy. Our good friend Matt Lankford put on another amazing Natsucon. Followed up with boating, tubing and some of the greatest ribs I have ever had (Pappy’s FTW!). Then off to Chicago and Merrilleville, Indiana for Ramencon, who had a great first year. Nexus Gaming Alliance provided A/V for Main Events, Panels as well as all the lighting and bass for the Dance, that drew people away from other local convention nearby!
Now back home in Ohio for a little while and trying to catch up on some much needed work. Starting with our Video Gaming and Music Expo: NerdPow!
We have added a barrage of rare arcade machines to this years line up. Machines include: Pop N Music, 3 DDR Machines, Pump It Up: Fiesta and NX, IIDX, Taiko Drum Master, Gun Blade NY and more!

Just announced for 2012 is Ultimacon in New Orleans, LA. This does mark the first convention in Louisiana for NGA and we are very excited!
We also have a new sponsor on board at Nexus Gaming Alliance. More details will be posted about that later this week.

Tomorrow we start the journey from Florida to Alabama for Persacon! We caught some travel flaws this month, but it still did not stop us! Nexus Gaming Alliance rolls on and while we are ready to bring Persacon it’s greatest game room EVER. We have a month long stint coming up (and September is starting to shape up now too). Lots of road time with a ton of old faces as well as new.
Much looking forward to upcoming events.
